Association of Independent Yoga Practitioners

  The AIYP has been set up to

• establish and maintain standards of education for teachers of yoga
• promote, assist, approve, co-operate with or arrange for union or alliance with any college, school or body with similar aims to those of the AIYP
• keep a register of the individual members of the AIYP
• pursue the objects of the AIYP in the United Kingdom and if thought fit in any other part of the world.
• provide insurance cover for teachers accepted into the AIYP
